How long will this Masterclass webinar be?

Is Face Yoga suitable for all ages?

Yes, totally! Face yoga is for everyone—whether you're in your teens, fabulous at fifty, or rocking your seventies. It’s never too early (or too late!) to start taking care of your face. Younger folks can use it to prevent early signs of aging, while more mature faces can use it to tone, lift, and bring back that natural glow. Your age doesn’t matter—your consistency does!

Do I need any special equipment for the webinar?

Nope, not at all. That’s one of the best parts! All you need is your hands, your beautiful face, and a few minutes of time. No gym, no tools, no fancy gadgets. You can do it sitting on your couch, lying in bed, or even during your lunch break. It’s simple, free, and always accessible—just the way we like it!

Is it better to do a few poses of face yoga every day or to practice all the poses every other day?

Consistency is everything. Doing a few poses every day is way more effective than doing all of them once in a while. Think of it like brushing your teeth—you don’t skip days, right? Pick your favorite moves and make a mini daily routine. It’s all about building a sustainable habit.

When should I practice the face yoga method?

Ideally, twice a day—once in the morning to wake up your muscles and once at night to relax your face before bed. Morning practice helps break those little facial habits (like frowning while concentrating), and nighttime practice helps you wind down. Can’t fit in two sessions? No worries—just sneak it in while doing your daily tasks. You can even do some poses in the shower or while waiting for your coffee to brew!

I have a face lift and/or I got Botox done. Can I still practice the face yoga method?

Yes, you can. Face yoga blends beautifully with other facial treatments. But if you’ve had Botox, remember that it can limit muscle movement, so some exercises might feel tricky. Just go gently, stay hydrated, and stop if anything feels off. When in doubt, have a quick chat with your doctor before continuing.

My family members have double chin. It's genetic. Can I still get results on my chin by practicing the face yoga method?

Absolutely. Genetics might give you a preview, but they’re not your destiny. If you notice areas you want to improve, start working on them now. You’re not only addressing current concerns—you’re preventing future ones too. Keep practicing, stay motivated, and your future self will be so grateful!

Over time, your face "remembers" the movements, and it becomes second nature. You can even do them while cooking, driving, or watching TV. Easy, breezy self-care!

I got results right away when I started practicing the face yoga method. Now after three months, my changes are not obvious anymore. What should I do?

That’s actually a great sign! It means your muscles are getting toned and stronger—just like when you hit a plateau at the gym. To keep seeing progress, try holding poses a little longer, adding reps, or introducing some new (maybe challenging!) ones. The ones that feel hardest? Yep, those are usually the ones your face needs most.

I don't have that much of time. Do you have any shorter course? Do I have to do all poses every day?

Nope, you don’t have to do all the poses daily. Just 5–10 minutes a day focusing on your target areas can work wonders. If there’s a specific area you want to improve, concentrate on those poses. Think quality over quantity—and definitely over occasional long sessions. A little bit every day is the magic formula!

My face feels strange after practicing face yoga method. Is that normal?

Totally normal! It means you’re waking up muscles that haven’t been used much—kind of like trying a new workout at the gym. Your face might feel weird or even a bit sore, but that’s part of the process. If anything feels painful, slow down and give your face time to adapt. Baby steps are still progress.

I get some pain or discomfort when I do certain face yoga poses. What should I do?

Listen to your body—and your face! If something feels uncomfortable, ease up. Maybe do fewer reps or try a gentler version. Breathe deeply, focus on the muscles you're working, and keep the rest of your face relaxed. Comfort is key; this should never feel like punishment.

What if I can't move my face muscles?

No worries—just keep practicing. It’s like learning to ride a bike. At first, it might feel awkward, but with time and patience, your face will start responding. Stick with it, and soon you’ll feel more control and confidence in your facial movements.
