Face Yoga was a very new concept for me. Sometimes I saw it on Youtube but I ignored. Sharmistha gave us a clear knowledge about it, we got interested and joined her class last August. Hoping if any change comes in this age, let's try. After joining the class I realised how amazing it is. Sharmistha teaches us so sincerely and perfectly. We got to know the postures, their benefits, how it actually works, everything. She corrected our every posture, and taught us the way to recollect all the trainings easily.
